How Does It Work?

LifePoints is an international online research site where members take part in surveys in exchange for cash rewards and prizes. After registering, members will receive emails with links to surveys that are relevant to them. Members can also complete specific lifestyle surveys directly through the member dashboard to ensure that only the most relevant survey invites are forwarded to them.

Surveys take on average 20 minutes to complete and are designed to get your opinion on products and services provided to you by companies within Australian. LifePoints then rewards you for providing your valuable opinion by offering you cash and prizes. And members are guaranteed to receive points for each survey that they attempt, even if they are screened out after only a few questions.

As well as showing you what surveys are available to you, your LifePoints dashboard also shows you how many points you’ve earned and how many entries to the quarterly prize draw you have qualified for.

In addition to the online site, LifePoints also has a mobile app for your smartphone. Because the surveys offered are tailored to mobile devices, and different to those available online, members can earn rewards even faster.

Points and Rewards

The minimum payout for LifePoints is 1,000 points. Points can be redeemed for gift cards from stores including:

  • BigW
  • JB H-Fi
  • Woolworths
  • Village Cinemas
  • • and many more

There is also the option to redeem your points for PayPal credit, or members can choose to donate their points to one of the partnering Australian charities.

Points expire three years from the date that they were earned. So if you earned points on 1 December 2013, then those points will expire on 1 December 2016. Points will also expire automatically if there has been no activity on your account for 12 months.

How Quickly Can I Start Redeeming Rewards?

When redeeming points, members should be aware that:

  • You need to have a minimum of 1,000 points in order to start redeeming rewards
  • Electronic vouchers and PayPal credit will be processed within one week of redemption
  • Physical gift cards and other prizes will be posted out to your nominated address and may take up to four weeks to arrive
  • The value of points varies, depending on the reward being selected

Bonus Prize Draws

Members can also receive entries into the quarterly sweepstakes by completing surveys, polls and other activities. Members can win points up to the value of USD$1,000 (equivalent to 5,000 LifePoints points). Winners will be notified by email and their points will appear in their member dashboard. These points can then be redeemed through the Rewards tabs, as with normal points.
