How does it work?

Your Voice is an Australian site where members participate in online research in exchange for rewards and prizes. Business, governments and public organisations want to know about the views and opinions of people who use their products and services. The more they know about their customers, the better able they are to improve what the products and services they provide.

Members will receive email invitations to surveys that they qualify for. You can also access these surveys through the Your Voice member dashboard. The length of each survey varies, but they will usually take between 10 to 15 minutes to complete. You can complete as many surveys as you are invited to participate in. The more surveys you complete, the more points you will earn.

As well as showing you what surveys are available to you, the Your Voice dashboard also shows you how many points you’ve earned and how many entries to the prize draw you have qualified for.

Points and Rewards

The minimum payout for Your Voice rewards is only 50 points, so members benefit from being able to redeem their points very quickly. Points can be redeemed for gift cards from stores including:

• JB H-Fi
• Bunnings
• Amazon
• Myer
• iTunes
• and many more

There is also the option to donate points to one of the partnering Australian charities.

Points never expire as long as you remain a member, so you can continue to complete surveys until you obtain enough points for the reward that you want.

How Quickly Can I Start Receiving Rewards?

When redeeming points, members should be aware that:

• Points will appear in your member dashboard once you have completed an eligible survey
• You need to have a minimum of 50 points in order to start redeeming rewards
• Electronic vouchers will be processed within two days of redemption
• Physical gift cards are posted out within 10 days to your nominated address

Your Voice Prize Draw

Your Voice offer a quarterly cash prize draw or $5,000. Every three months the first randomly drawn member will win $5,000 in cash. You receive one entry just by signing up to Your Voice. You then receive extra entries into the draw by participating in various activities on the site. Members get entries into the draw by:

• Accepting an invitation to participate in a survey – even if you are screened out you will still receive an entry into the draw;
• Updating their profile at the request of Your Voice;

The winner will be contacted via their email or phone number, and will also be announced on the Your Voice Rewards Centre.

Valued Opinions Privacy Policy

Your Voice is operated by Survey Sampling International (SSI), and adheres to the Safe Harbour Privacy Principals to maintain your personal information. SSI needs your personal information in order to tailor survey invitations sent to you and to get in touch with you about your membership. SSI will never sell or give away your details and you will never be sold anything because of your participation on Your Voice.

In addition, responses to surveys will be aggregated before being provided to the researcher. Therefore, individual responses to survey questions will not be able to be linked with a particular member.
