How does it work?

Live Tribe partners with companies to conduct research on products and services that you use everyday. Once registered, members will receive invitations to participate in surveys, polls and forums that are relevant to them. These surveys are designed to get your opinion on a wide range of issues, from products and services to your thoughts on the issues making the news that week. Live Tribe provides a vibrant community where your opinion matters.

You can see and complete surveys directly from your Live Tribe dashboard, where you will also be able to see details on the points you have earned so far. The Live Tribe dashboard also offers access to a number of other ways members can participate and earn points.

Each month Live Tribe members can play a different game on the site. The members at the top of the leaderboard each month will earn $50 cash. You can also take part in the monthly member submissions contest, which changes each month – you could be asked to submit your favourite travel photo, or best recipe. There are so many ways to participate and earn rewards through Live Tribe.

Live Tribe is also introducing a product and review site called LiveTribe Mates that will allow you to provide your opinion on products that you have used, and earn points in the process.

Points and Rewards

You will receive points for participating in the online surveys and discussion forums. And even if you are screened out of a survey after a few questions, you will still be rewarded for your time.

Members have a lot of choice when it comes to redeeming their points with Live Tribe. Once you have earned a minimum of 7,400 points, you can redeem your points for gift cards from online stores including:

• Amazon
• Flight Centre
• Wotif
• Qantas
• and more

There is also the option to redeem your points for Eftpos vouchers or PayPal credit. Or members can choose to donate their points to one of the partnering Australian charities.

How Quickly Can I Start Receiving Rewards?

When redeeming points, members should be aware that:

• You need to have a minimum of 7,400 points in order to start redeeming rewards
• Redemptions normally take between 15 and 30 days to be processed and delivered

Bonus Prize Draw

Live Tribe offer a quarterly cash prize draw worth $5,000. Every three months five randomly drawn members will win $1,000 in cash each. All active members receive at least one entry into the prize draw. You then receive up to 100 extra entries into the draw by participating in various activities on the site. Members get entries into the draw by:

• Accepting an invitation to participate in a survey;
• Completing the ‘Refer a Friend’ section of the website and inviting a friend to join Live Tribe;
• Completing all of the profile questions on their member dashboard;
• Suggesting a poll that is then published on the Live Tribe site

Live Tribe values privacy and is committed to ensuring that members’ details are kept secure. Live Tribe collects information for the purposes of contacting members to invite them to participate in surveys and market research.

Individual responses to surveys are transmitted separately to member’s identifying information, meaning answers to survey questions cannot be linked to a particular member. You can also be assured that the information you provide will never be used to market to you or solicit you to buy a certain product or service.
